Jayaram Palli (Jay) is an expert financial crime and client services management professional with over 25 years of global experience across leading international banks and a Big 4 consultancy. Currently heading the Client KYC Group ,EMEA at MUFG Bank covering both Bank and Securities, Jay oversees the strategic direction, transformation and operational execution of KYC and client onboarding functions. His career spans key financial hubs including Dubai, Singapore, India, and London, where he has led large-scale operations teams across global locations. Jayaram has played a pivotal role in driving transformation and change initiatives within the AML and FinCrime domain, focusing on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. He has advised global banks on designing and implementing target operating models for KYC, end-to-end client onboarding, and client management functions. His leadership has consistently delivered enhanced client experiences, improved risk management frameworks, and scalable operational models.
