Mark has been a senior leader in Financial Services for over 30 years. Throughout his career, he has led businesses across multiple sectors including Retail Banking, Mortgages, and served as Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest residential surveying and valuation firms. He is currently the Managing Director of Client Services for the Business and Commercial Bank of Lloyds, where he is accountable for Onboarding, KYC, Complaint Resolution, and Quality Assurance. Over the past decade, through the introduction of technology, Mark has transformed Lloyds’ onboarding, KYC, and complaint journeys, significantly enhancing customer experience, operational quality, and risk management in line with regulatory expectations. Most recently, he contributed to the CFIT coalition on the creation of a Digital Company ID, supporting safer and more seamless access to financial services for customers. Outside of Lloyds, Mark holds a Non-Executive Director position on the UK & Ireland World Regional Board of RICS.
